Clean architecture, flush doors, exposed concrete floors with underfloor heating, and adjustable lighting create a calm, modern atmosphere. In addition to the separate bathroom, there’s an open shower integrated into the living space—comfortable, modern, and part of the architectural concept. Outside, enjoy a private terrace of about 45 m² with exclusive lounge furniture and a gas grill. You also have access to the whirlpool in a separate outdoor area. Despite the natural setting, you can reach the university and city center quickly and easily. Perfect for guests who value architecture, privacy, and a special ambiance. Important Information The apartment is high-quality and carefully designed. Please treat it with respect and care. The apartment is intended for quiet stays—parties or events are not permitted. Music is allowed inside only at room volume; no music is allowed outside. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Please cover the whirlpool after use to maintain temperature and water quality. Separate pool rules apply (e.g., shower before use, no oils or care products in the water). No glass objects are allowed outside or in the whirlpool. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
